I am a runner but recently got really sick and had to take some time off so now that I am getting back into it and man-o-man it's tough! I have been running about 30 minutes a day and then I walk (hike lol) to and from the track which takes 40 mins. So in total I have about 1 hour / 1hr n 10 mins of cardio. I have also commited to doing fitness classes twice a week and I've decided to do Kick Boxing and Spin classes because they build muscle and burn fat all at once! <br />I will definitely be doing that squat challenge, who doesn't want a great bum really? The Ab challenge sounds intense but I may do that too - my tum has always been my problem area and I always hate working it! It's not that I want to lose weight, but more to get fit because I know that if I'm fitter than I will be more confident going out in a bikini! Her tips are really useful, although I'm a bit sad about giving up bread.. (I'm gonna starve! I already go running 3-4 times a week (New Year's resolution still going strong, whoop!), so I'm happy with my legs and my bum, but my belly is just a disaster zone. I think I'm gonna try the abs challenge and I'd also love it if you shared your flexibility routine!
