Easy Simple Haircare Routine for Mums With Long Hair
Before having Archie I was very much a beauty kind of girl and as you know this little space of mine online was all everything beauty and that was the only kind of content I produced. Then my little bubble came along and everything changed because he became my whole world and focus. Now Archie is three and the whirlwind of having a baby and adjusting to life as a mum settles down, I feel like I'm finally finding my feet again. Whilst I'll always be a mum first, I've also remembered what it feels to be that beauty girl again and slowly but surely I've started taking better care of myself. Being a mum is hard work and it's so easy to pop on those mum leggings, leave the house without makeup and have your hair permanently in a mum bun. Well, mum's I'm here to tell you that it there will come a time where you will be able to put some focus back on yourself again and its all about starting with the little things. For me if my hair is looking rubbish, then it can instantly flatten my mood and make me feel sluggish, especially when I look in the mirror. So many have you have been so sweet over social media and constantly message me asking how I get my hair looking good - FYI I don't think its anything amazing, it certainly doesn't feel it, but having it down in a certain style always makes me feel so much better about myself. So I thought I would give you all the lowdown on my simple haircare routine, because it is SIMPLE and let you know what works for me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will inspire you to get out of your mum comfort zone and do something so easy that will make you feel a hundred times better about yourself.

3 Ways To Keep Your Hair Hydrated & Healthy This Summer

Monthly Favourites || August
Usually I will always try to get up a monthly favourites post, but last month was a bit fat fail for me and I found that there was only one or two products that made it to the top of my favourites list. Sometimes I like a product then just tend to stick with it so they become ongoing faves and there is nothing new to post about. However throughout August I rekindled my love with some old favourites and found some new ones too, so if you fancy finding out what's made it to the top of the list, then get comfy and keep on reading.
If you've been up to date on my blog the last few months then you may know that we went a little lip stick crazy here on Miss Sunshine & Sparkle. Lipstick has to be my ultimate favourite beauty item and I had so much fun trying and testing out all the lipsticks from the Makeup Revolution I Heart Makeup Lip Geek range. Whilst testing them all out I completely fell head over heels in love with the most gorgeous everyday pink colour. As you can see from the pictures 'Ken Will Want Me' (I adore the name too) is such a pretty girly pink colour that works perfectly with so many everyday makeup looks. I love the creamy formula, it keeps my lips so feeling soft and hydrated. Also this lipstick is so pigmented which is great, this lippie has definitely become one of my all time favourites, I can see me repurchasing this again and again
MAC Lovelorn
I am such a sucker for a Mac lipstick and you know your hooked when you've gone though two of the same lipstick already. I think its fair to say that Mac's Lovelorn is my favourite lipstick from the brand and I'm now working my way though my third one. This 'Lustre' lipstick is just so pretty and beautiful on and its such a pale neutral pink that it works so well for everyday wearing. I am always applying this lipstick and it's definitely one of my go too ones. Shockingly I've never actually done a full review of my beloved Lovelorn so I plan on getting one posted for you very soon, so keep your eyes pealed for that.
Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner
I used to be a gel liner kind of girl, but this year has seen me change back to liquid liner and recently I've made it my mission to add a few new ones to my collection. For some reason I find that liquid liner is the only kind of formula that wont cause my liner to smear of melt throughout the day, and in the summer that is an essential. The only bug bear I have with liquid liner is that I find the colour can fade as the day goes on and what was a jet black line in the morning, turns into something that is a bit grey and grubby towards the end of the day. However the Revlon Colorstay liner does such an amazing job at not only keeping my liner put, but the colour actually lasts which is amazing. I think I may have finally found my holy grail liquid liner, thank you Revlon! The tip of the brush makes this liner ever so easy to apply and its really precise too which is fabulous, I love it.
Revlon Colorstay Foundation - True Beige
Another all time favourite of mine that has made a comeback this month is the Revlon Colorstay foundation which has to be one of my all time favourites. I can't fault this foundation in anyway and it's definitely the most long lasting foundation that I've ever tried. Usually during the summer months I like to go for a dewy look, however the last month or so I have been so busy and have needed something a bit more heavy duty and with full coverage too. I love how this foundation makes my skin look flawless and it does an amazing job at keeping oily skin at bay, no shine here! Again I don't think I've ever done a full review of this foundation, so I will be sure to pop one up very soon.
Palmer's Cocoa Butter Natural Bronze Body Lotion
I'm sure you all know by now that fake tanning is part of my weekly beauty regime and this month has been all about getting that golden glow with minimum fuss. For the longest time I have loved the Palmer's Cocoa Butter Natural Bronze, it is by far the best gradual tanner out there, but it's been ages since I last picked up a bottle. I've been using this non stop for my tanning over the last month and I had honestly forgotten just how amazing this stuff is. This moisturiser develops into a lovely natural golden tan overnight and smells just like cocoa butter, if you want to read my full review you can find it here.
Aussie Miracle Recharge Luscious Long Lightweight Conditioner.
Talking of products making a big comeback for me this month, this Aussie leave in conditioner has been another holy grail item of mine that I had kind of forgotten about. I bought this for my Boardmasters trip as I knew I would need something trusty to help manage my hair whilst I was away and of course to help get rid of any tangles. I've been using this non stop since then and I had forgotten just how much I love it. I love the way this leave in conditioner feels in my hair, its really lightweight, makes my hair silky smooth and makes it smell amazing. The Luscious Long formula is great for us girls with long locks as really helps to kink out any nasty knots or tangles that you may have.
So that's everything for this months favourites, I would love to know what you've been loving recently and if any or your favourites match mine then be sure to let me know in the comments below.

My Haircare Routine
Throughout my two and a bit years of blogging, I'm sure your all aware and have guessed by now that I love hair products, especially trying and testing out new ones - And of course I love to review them all for you here on my blog. But I've never managed to get a 'My Haircare Routine' post up for you all and it has to be one of my most requested posts. Since I've been blogging I've had a lot of ups and downs with my hair! I'm one of these girls that love having long hair, however for a start getting it to grow has been a nightmare in itself and then there is the task of maintaining your long locks. For the longest of time my hair wouldn't grow past that 'boob length' stage, but with the right products and with the help of some fellow beauty bloggers my hair seams to be growing at quite a good pace. Not only does my hair seam to be growing a little bit more than what it used too, I also think its in the best condition that its ever been. So I thought it was about time I shared with you all my current haircare routine and what products I love to use on my hair.
Shampoo & Conditioner
For the longest time I only used shampoo and conditioner from Aussie, as much as I adore this brand I found that my hair was getting used to the same shampoo and conditioner. During the summer I thought it was about time I mixed things up a little with my haircare routine and branched out and tried other shampoo and conditioners. I always go back to Aussie from time to time, but right now I'm loving a few products when it comes to washing my hair. I've found though, for best results I'll never use the same shampoo and conditioner more than twice in a row. So if I use Aussie on one wash, the next time I'll use a different shampoo and conditioner. I'm also a big fan of TIGI and Bed Head Shampoo and conditioner, unfortunately I don't have any to hand right now as they are a little on the expensive side - But if you are willing to pay out a little more then the oatmeal and honey range is amazing!
Tresemme Platinum Strength Shampoo & Conditioner
I have absolutely been loving the shampoo and conditioner from Tresemme's Platinum Strength range. Since introducing it into my haircare routine a little while ago I've seen such a dramatic change in the way that my hair looks and feels. My hair feels noticeably different - its smoother and silkier to the touch and it generally feels a lot stronger. My hair used to be prone to snapping and breaking at the ends, but since using this duo I've found that I have a lot less breakage with my hair. If you would like to see my full review of these products you can read it here.
Hask Hair Argan Oil Repairing Shampoo & Conditioner*
I've always been a fan of hair oils, they do nothing but amazing things for you hair so if you can find a shampoo and conditioner that contains any kind of hair oil, your going to see amazing benefits. Recently I've been loving this shampoo and conditioner from Hask Hair that has been infused with Argan Oil from Morocco. Not only does the shampoo and conditioner make my hair smell amazing with its gorgeous chocolate and orange scent, it also makes my hair super silky soft. I would definitely recommend adding a shampoo and conditioner with either Moroccan or macadamia oil into your weekly hair wash, even if you only use it once a week - it really does make such a fantastic difference to your hair and helps to restore and strengthen your locks. Not to mention your hair will be so shiny and glossy.
Leave-In Conditioners & Hair Masks
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle
Hask Hair Argan Oil & Keratin Protein Deep Conditioners
Aussie Miracle Insurance Leave In Conditioner
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle
When it comes to using a deep treatment leave in conditioner Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle has been a holy grail product of mine. I love using this in my hair as it just makes my hair really manageable soft and shiny and it smells just incredible. Aussie have quite a for of the 3MM in their range for different hair types etc - I've tried them all and if you have long hair or are wanting to grow your hair then the 3MM from the Luscious Long range is fabulous and will do your locks the world of good.
Hask Hair Argan Oil & Keratin Protein Deep Conditioners
In order to have healthy hair in tip top condition, its really important to show it some love and treat it to a deep conditioning treatment once in a while. I try to do one every week or two weeks depending on how my hair feels. There are loads of great hair masks available but what you really want to look out for is ones that contain either Moroccan oil or keratin. Any hair mask that contains these products are going to be amazing for your hair and really help strengthen and hydrate your hair. Moroccan oil absorbs really quickly into your hair and will really help smooth out any damaged hair you may have. Whilst keratin is a protein which is naturally found in your own hair, so any hair product containing keratin is going to help repair and prevent damage to your hair. I absolutely love these deep conditioning masks from Hask hair as they really have made such a difference to my barnet and there not going to break the bank either - I highly recommend them.
Aussie Miracle Insurance Leave In Conditioner
No matter what hair products I use in the shower, I always find that my hair has a way of getting its self in a right tangled mess, especially right behind the back of my neck. Unfortunately I've found that the longer my hair gets, the more uncontrollable that these knots become. However Aussie's leave in conditioners are amazing for detangling your hair. Not only do they hydrate and protect your hair, but they make combing though wet or dry hair a dream. I'll always spay a little bit of this before my hair comes anywhere near a brush and I find that its great at detangling. For those of you wanting to get your hair long, I've found that brushing my hair the wrong way and full of knots have caused so much breakage and damage, so important to make the task of brushing your hair as gentle and as easy as possible.
Hair Oils
Moroccan Oil
Hair oils really have to be the best thing that I could recommend to use in your hair - the difference that they make really is incredible and simply amazing. My favourite hair oil has to be the infamous Moroccan Oil as its by far the best and seams to have the best results Not only does it make your hair shiny and smell delightful but it has done a fantastic job at strengthening my hair. I honestly believe that my hair has grown quite considerably since using this. I know its a bit on the expensive side, but the amazing results from using this hair oil completely justifies its price tag.
Hask Hair Argan Oil & Keratin Protein Oil
For those of you who don't want to fork out a lot for a hair oil or have never tried one - I really recommend trying out the Argan Oil or Keratin Protein Oil from Hask as they are super affordable and they are great products. Every time I've used these my hair feels ever so soft, manageable and in great condition. If you would like to see my review on the Hask Argan Oil you can find my review here.
Heat Protection Sprays
GHD Style Heat Protect Spray*
Toni & Guy Heat Protection Mist
GHD Style Heat Protect Spray*
The great thing about hair has to be the many different ways in which it can be styled. But style often means adding intense heat to our hair and its so important to use a good heat protecting spray before using any styling tools. The GHD Style Protect Spray definitely has to be the best one I've tried and does a fantastic job at protecting your hair from the heat. I love the smell of this one, it has that classic salon smell to it. I also love how lightweight it is and how it distributes so evenly into your hair.
Toni & Guy Heat Protection Mist
As the GHD Style spray is a little more on the expensive side, I love to have a great alternative that I can use and the Heat Protection Mist from Toni & Guy is also a favourite of mine. It does a great job at protecting your hair from any heat and I love the way you dispense the product from the bottle. It coats all of your hair in a matter of sprays and as its a mist its not too heavy on your hair and doesn't have that horrible sticky feeling that other heat protecting sprays can have.
So that's all the products that I use in my current haircare routine ladies. As you can probably tell I like to alternate the products I use on a weekly basis as I find that my hair becomes to used to products too quickly and I stop seeing the benefits. Switching products up is a great way for you to start seeing results in your hair and you start getting more if an idea on which products work best in your hair.
Right now my hair is currently in the best condition its ever been and seams be growing pretty quickly. About a year ago I decided that I wanted to grow my hair out and get it really long, however when I decided this it was in awful condition. I had the worst split ends and if you could see the frizz and damage to my hair you would have been shocked. Reluctantly I decided to get a few inches taken off my locks this summer and really focused and concentrated on looking after my hair. As a result my hairs grown so quickly and because I've been looking it, my hair has stayed in pretty good condition considering its length. If you are wanting to see massive changes think about what condition your hair is in now, if its in a bad way try getting a trim then concentrate on really looking after it - I promise you that you will see amazing results.
Another tip for keeping your locks in great condition is to not over-do it when it comes to styling your hair with any heated tools. Where possible I try to let my hair dry naturally and only use styling tools when needed. I always try to avoid heat on second or third day hair and the best way to do this is by popping your hair in a top knot or cute little fishtail braid. I know it can be really difficult to stay away from the straightners, but it can be done and if your looking for a little inspiration you can check out the 'no heat in my hair challenge' post here.
I would love to know that your haircare routine is ladies and if you have any great tips on keeping your hair healthy I would love it if you could share your secrets in the comments below.

Aussie Pamper Day | Celebrate 3 Minute Miracle
Hi beauties. This Saturday was a first for me as I was able to attend my first beauty blogger event hosted by the wonderful Aussie, not only was it my first opportunity to meet some amazing bloggers, it was also my first outing as an Aussie Angel. Aussie really spoilt us Angels for a pamper day down at the luxury spa at the Chancery Court Hotel. The whole event was to celebrate Aussie's best product '3 Minute Miracle'.
I arrived in London to meet up with the lovely Sarah from Oh SoGlamBlog and we made our way down to the Spa via one of the London buses (no underground for us angels). Upon arrival at the Hotel, I was just amazed by the actual building with its beautiful courtyard entrance; it looked just like a real life scale Victorian dolls house.
Sarah and I mingled with the other Aussie Angels at the spa entrance, where we were given our very own Aussie name tags and greeted with some cold melon soup in fancy shot glasses (it was a lot nicer than it sounds). The wonderful Aussie girls then took us to the changing rooms where there was a steam room, sauna and fancy showers that went hot and cold with pretty lights, it was like a lagoon in there. When all the Angels were in the changing room, we were given a little wicker basket which was filled with some 3MM, a fluffy Aussie Robe, some Aussie slippers and a bright purple shower cap for those of us wanting to use the relaxing facilities at the spa. We all hurried into our robes as there is no better way to start relaxing than getting comfortable and cozy.
The Angels were all split into groups, so we could take it in turns to get our massage or facial and while we waited we had the joy of waiting in the gorgeous relaxation room which was filled with fresh fruits, comfy loungers, magazines and well pampered Aussie Angels. We all helped ourselves to the top notch buffet which was filled with yummy food (all healthy of course) and had a good old chit chat while we waited. I got chatting to the lovely Lauren from ALaurentoHerself . We were also free to look around the spa; the whole place was like a secret paradise underground, with its candles and tea lights offering the only source of light, relaxing music, beautiful water features and of course lots of Aussie balloons. I can honestly say I have never felt so chilled out, I could have spent the whole weekend there.
When it came to my turn to have a relaxing massage, I felt so pampered. The whole day was a many firsts for me, as I had never been to spa before or never been treated to a professional massage. I honestly can't believe I've gone this long in my life without going to one. The massage was well and truly amazing and the lovely lady who did mine, really did a superb job at getting rid of all the tension and knots in my back.
Not only were us lucky Angels treated to a day of luxury, Aussie also had two professional stylists in to style our hair and make us all look that extra bit glamorous. Some of the hair styles they were creating on the girls were jaw dropping fabulous. There were plenty of up-do's going around with pretty braids entwined in them. All the girls looked absolutely stunning with their hair styled. I had my hair done by the lovely Eugene, who styled my hair down in loose curls that had huge amounts of volume and bounce. He gave me a few pointers and tips on who to achieve this look myself, so I will be sure to share my new found knowledge with you beauties in a future post.
So some of you maybe wondering why we all needed to look our best? Well there were more surprises as they day went on as Aussie had arranged for us to be their very own 'girls on film'. We were each individually taken one by one to do a filming session and answer some questions about what 3MM means to us and what we love about it. I was nervous about this as I don't do well on camera (this is the reason why I've stayed clear from You Tube) but once I had gotten into it, it was a lot of fun and the lady asking the questions made me feel very comfortable. Everyone videos are going to be edited together to make one big video, which will hopefully go up on the Boots and Aussie website... How exciting, I just hope that there are not too many cringeworthy moments.
Once all the filming was finished, it was time for Aussie to deliver the special announcement which they had been teasing us with all day. All the Angels were given some very cool sunglasses and were taken in to the male changing rooms (no need to worry, there were no naked men in there, we had the whole spa to ourselves of course!). I'm sure you all know by now about the secret announcement as the cat is well and truly out the bag, especially if you've seen my last blog post. But for those of you who don't know yet, Aussie have brought out a new range which is called the Miracle Shine Range. I won't go into too much detail about how much I am in love with this range as I've done a lot of rambling about it already (you can find my thoughts here) but to keep it short and sweet, I think its the best range in the whole Aussie collection by far, and it's now available to buy in stores across the UK. So we can all have gorgeous, shiny and yummy hair.
This is where the Aussie pamper day sadly came to an end, but it was such a relaxing but oh so fun day and I enjoyed every minute of it. All the angels left the spa feeling as though we were floating on a cloud and had our hands full with all the Aussie goodies in our little baskets. I kid you not, people around London must have thought we were carrying new born babies in those baskets as we all got some very dodgy looks!

So a huge thank you to Aussie for putting together an amazing day. I would love to know if any of you lovlies have gotten your hands on the new shine range yet, and to know your thoughts on it.

September Favourites
Hi girls, hope your all having a fabulous weekend! To day I thought I would get my September favourites up for you all. I love reading these types of posts as I love seeing what people love using and its a great chance to have a good nosey at other peoples makeup and beauty products. Shockingly I've not written on of these favourites posts since February Shock Shock... I'm not going to promise anything, but I'm going to try and keep on top of these posts and and make them a little monthly feature. So let me jump straight into it...
Also, as you will see from the pictures there are quite a few lip products which have made it into my favourites. I'm so sure that this is because of the sudden change in the weather with it being freezing much colder, or I just still have an continuing obsession with lip products!
Aussie Miracle Shine Shampoo & Conditioner
I know I've only had these a little while, so new that October was nearly in full swing when I first started using them. Really they should be in next months faves, but I love them so much so it would be rude not to share. I was given the Miracle Shine range at the Aussie Pamper event last Saturday and I have fallen in love with these and how they make my hair look and feel. I wont blabber too much about how much I love this shampoo and conditioner as you can find the full review here. But I think that they are just yummy.
Revlon Photoready Foundation
The Revlon Photoready Foundation was my go too foundation during the month of September. It is by far the best high-street foundation that I've tired. It will make your skin look naturally radiant and will give a lovely dewy look to your skin. I love that it has a medium to full coverage too. If you are wanting to know in more detail about how I got on with this foundation you can find my full review here.
Carmex Cherry Flavoured Lip Balm
I was sent this by my friend Charlee in a beauty blogger swap (have a look at her beautiful blog here). In the past I've gone though pots and pots of the little magic that is Carmex. It's such a lip saviour especially in the colder weather. There has been some really cold days during September so far and even colder ones I can imagine over the next coming months. This little pot really does stop lips from getting cracked and chapped and will keep the moisture locked in... I love the cherry scent too.
O.P.I in 'That's Berry Daring'
I adore this shade from O.P.I, it really is the most perfect bright pink fuchsia colour with subtle blue undertones too it. Every time I wear this on my nails, I always get compliments on the colour without fail. It's one of those classic bright pinks which really make a stand on your nails. I have loved wearing this on my hands and toes and have been abusing it throughout September just because it will soon be time to switch over to the more darker polishes. As a lot of you fashionistas will know that 'khaki ' is a very in colour this season and I love this colour polish against khaki, I just think it brightens up your whole outfit. I've featured this in a NOTD post which you can see here.
MAC Impassioned Lipstick
This has to be my all time favourite lipstick from Mac, actually I'm pretty sure its my all time favourite lipstick.. If I had to pick only one lipstick that I could wear for the rest of my life, Impassioned would be it. I can't believe I haven't dedicated a whole post to it yet (note to self and get this sorted). For those of you who aren't familiar with this lippie, its just the most gorgeous brightest pink and really makes your lips look 'wow'. I love the pigmentation of this lipstick and its staying power is just amazing.
L'Oreal Glam Shine Reflexion Lipgloss in Sheer Watermelon
Not only have I enjoyed wearing a bright bold lip, but have wanted to give my lips that extra something special by making them gloss and shine. I reviewed about this L'Oreal lipgloss a little while ago (here) and I love how non-sticky it is and it looks lovely applied over MAC's Impassioned. I used this lipgloss so much so that it's nearly empty and the packaging is now looking a bit sorry for it's self... definitely will be repurchasing.
I hope you enjoyed reading about my current favourites, I would love to know what's made it on to your list for September

Beam, Gleam, Shine like a Dream with Aussie Miracle Shine
'There's more to life than hair, but it's a good place to start' The Aussie Philosophy
It's spangly, it's shinyIt smells like cotton candyA wonder, a dreamIt makes our locks so cleanAn elixir, a hair potionA luxuriously-fragrant lotionIt sparkles, it gleamsFrom behind the shower screenWith Aussie ginseng, pearl powder, tooThere's nothing better to perfect that hair doA treat for the bath or shower, stunningly sublimeDrum roll please... it's Aussie's magnificent Miracle Shine!
Hi beauties. As you know at the weekend I was able to meet up with Aussie, some of the Aussie Angels and celebrate their amazing 3 Minute Miracle at a luxury spa down in London. As an extra special treat, Aussie had a surprise announcement to make to us Angels, which turned out to be something very exciting and I'm even more excited to be able to share this news with all you lovelies! Aussie are pleased to announce that they are bringing out a new product range which is the Miracle Shine Range!
The Miracle Shine range consists of a shampoo, conditioner and a 3 Minute Miracle deep treatment conditioner. The Miracle Shine range is to make dull hair days a thing of the past, leaving your hair 'sensationally vibrant and shiny'. We all want gorgeous shiny locks and with the new Aussie formula of Australian Ginseng (which is known to boost energy) and Pearl Powder (which is its secret ingredient for adding that shine) infused with peach, raspberry and strawberry scents is sure to give your locks much needed revival and make your hair feel and look heavenly. Who can say no to that?
With the announcement of the new Miracle Shine Range, Aussie also put us together groups of three to set us an Aussie Challenge, which is where this blog post comes in. Myself and two other gorgeous Angels Sarah and Lauren have been asked to work together to tell you beauties what the new shine range means to us. Hopefully if our posts are the best we get to win an Aussome hair day with Aussie! So fingers crossed for us.
My Hair
Before ...
Please excuse me looking natural... it was first thing in the morning!
After ...
So after trying and testing the products in the new shine range, the first word that comes to mind is WOW! I am in love with the way my hair looked afterwards as it was full of shine and there really was a noticeable difference in how glossy my hair looked. Before washing my hair, the ends felt a little rough and dry and I'm sure you will agree it wasn't looking too grand. However after using it, my hair looked healthy and shiny, so much so it was gleaming!
Having hair which is on the thinner side, I usually find that hair care products which are there to add shine, can often make my hair feel and look a bit greasy; but the Aussie Shine Range only made my hair feel soft and luxurious. I'm positive that this is because of the magic pearl powder which has been used and lets face it every girl should have some pearls that shine and what better way to wear them than in your hair!
Not only will the shine range give your hair a needed pick me up and add lots of volume, it will also give you plenty of reasons or excuses to swish your hair repeatedly (you really do feel like a glamorous celebrity!). The shine range will definitely give you the confidence for that much needed hair swishing, but the main reason for a hair swish is that the smell of this range is simply good enough to eat! When most people think of Aussie they usually think of the classic Aussie bubblegum smell... Well Aussie have really taken yummy scents to a whole new level as the shine range has to be there best smelling range yet! It has the most gorgeous cotton candy smell to it with the peach and strawberry smell really coming to the forefront. I love that you can smell this on your hair all day... So I swish my hair just to get a whiff of it!
I am in love with the new Shine Range and I'm sure any Aussie fan will soon agree, it is like a little bit of heaven in a bottle and will make your locks just dreamy!
Here is what Lauren thought
Before ...
After ...
"The clue's in the title; it's certainly a miracle worker. After having my hair chemically stripped at the hairdressers earlier this year, my barnet's been suffering somewhat as a result. It's been dry, tangly and generally in need of some TLC."
"Cue Aussie's Miracle in a bottle - offering manageable hair that's easy to comb through, ample volume and SO.MUCH.SHINE."
P"lus, it smells beautiful - just like candy floss and almost good enough to eat."
Here is how Sarah got on
Before ..
After ...
"There's nothing more exciting than Aussie bringing out a new product range, but what better than a shine range so we can all have luscious gleaming hair like a celebrity.Normally I wouldn't opt to buy a 'shine' shampoo or conditioner as they tend to make my hair look greasy, but this Aussie range gives your hair a natural healthy looking shine, it also make it feel lovely and soft and being as my hair is due to be re-coloured it really made my hair look more vibrant."

"As I wear Micro-Bead Hair Extensions, to test out this product I used the Miracle Shine Shampoo and the 3 Minute Miracle Shine Deep Treatment, as when I wash my Hair Extensions I like to put a treatment on them to help maintain their condition."
"When I use any of the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Treatments I always leave it on for about 10 Minutes with my hair wrapped in a towel, even though it does only take 1-3 Minutes, I like to give my Hair Extensions that little bit longer for more of a deep condition. The smell of the product is so devine, I have been trying to figure for days what sweet it smells like and I've finally figured while writing this that it smells just like Strawberry Hubba Bubba!!"
"On my photo's above you will see how my Hair Extensions went from looking Dry, Unmanageable and Dull..... To looking Vibrant and Soft with a Healthy looking Shine. I didn't use any other products on my hair while styling, only the Aussie Take the Heat Leave-in Spray."
"This product range is now one of my favourites...Thankyou Aussie for bringing us another amazing little miracle!"
So why should we win the next Aussiee Pamper Session?
Myself, Lauren and Sarah all loved using the New Miracle Shine Range as its all done our hair the world of good and made our hair look as though we've been been sat in the gorgeous Aussie sun for the past year (a girl can dream). It smells scrumptious, adds softness and shine, making your hair just glamorous and beautiful! All three of us loved working together to get this Aussie post up for you beauties and would love the chance for another little get together with Aussie. I would love if you beauty babes could go have a look at their blogs and check out there Aussome Aussie posts!

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle | Competition
Hi beauties, as you all know I am in love with Aussie Hair Care and think it should be every girls secret to having fabulous, gorgeous hair. One of my go to Aussie products has to be their 3 Minute Miracle Deep Conditioner* which will make your hair smooth, shiny and smell extremely delicious! As an Aussie Angel perk, Aussie recently sent out the recondstructor 3MM which has been working wonders on my heat damaged hair. It's wonderful formula has really helped sooth my hair and helped to iron out any kinks. Whats great about the 3MM is that its a deep conditioning mask for your hair, that will only take 3 magical minutes to transform your locks, making pampering, a quick and easy part of your hair care routine... Of course there is nothing stopping you from leaving this on longer than 3 Minutes.
Aussie are kindly giving 10 of you beauties to get your hands on some of your own 3 Minute Miracle and the chance to win an aussome Aussie Hamper just by following these two simple steps.
1. Tweet Aussie @Aussie_Hair_UK using the hashtag #3MinuteMiracle and they should send you out a mini 3MM to try... Simple! I would love it if you beauties could also include me in your tweet @sunshinesprkle so I know that you have entered.
2. Post any images online (Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) of what you think 3 Minute Miracle means to you and tweet Aussie the link using the #3MinuteMiracle hashtag and this will enter you into the competition to win Aussie Hamper Surprise!
The images can be of anything that you feel is related to your hair and 3MM, Aussie love a bit of creativity so get creative lovelies!
Below are images which show what 3MM means to me!
Have fun entering the competition, and good luck!
*You must be 18 or over to enter this competition and be happy for Aussie to contact you
** Aussie are responsible for sending out all the prizes as they are the ones who are hosting the competition. Competition closes on 05.10.2012
