Bronze Me Beautiful || Three Fake Tans You Need To Try

Bronze Me Beautiful, Make Believe, Make Believe Tan, Cocoa Brown Gentle Bronze, Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs, My Top Three Fake Tans

I love fake tan! I love it so much that I would happily declare myself as a tanaholic, if there is such a thing. The saying ‘life is better with a tan’ couldn't be more true and its for this reason as to why I love it so much. I’m so obsessed that Im one of these girls who has her weekly tanning regime all perfectly planned and stick to it religiously (mines on a Friday for those of you wondering). In fact I think it was about time I share my tanning routine with you guys as I think I’ve perfected my tanning process now which I’m pretty proud of. Let me know if you want to see this?

A few years ago I had a mini series on my blog which I named ‘Bronze Me Beautiful’ and its where I went over my favourite tanning products with you guys. I don’t know why I stopped this but I’m now ready to talk about tanning again so that series is making a come back starting from today. Since my last tan tastic post, there have been so many new fake tanners that have been released and you can bet that I made it my mission to try and test them. I thought I’d kick start off this bronze me beautiful post with a few of my new favourites.

Bronze Me Beautiful, Make Believe, Make Believe Tan, Cocoa Brown Gentle Bronze, Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs, My Top Three Fake Tans

Last year I was introduced to the brand Make Believe and I don’t think its rated highly enough in the blogosphere. Make Believe specialise in tanning and over the year I’ve worked my way through a lot of their tanning products. The brand have quickly become a favourite of mine because I think their tans are perfect for those days where I want a really natural and beautiful looking tan. One product that I am obsessed with is the Make Believe Self Tan Mist with Bronzer. This tan has become one of my all time favourites as it really does give me a tan that doesn’t scream to everyone ‘I’ve just slapped a load of fake tan on’. Sometimes I’m all about the natural look and just want to look like I’ve had a healthy dose of vitamin D and this it the tan that is perfect for that subtle golden glow.

Not only does the Make Believe Self Tan Mist give me gorgeous results, its also really easy to use and comes in a spray bottle. The actual tan works into my skin really quickly and streak free. I also love how the results are pretty much instant and I could easily leave my house that day with a tan thats perfectly flawless. It can take a little while to dry though, so find application is better in the evening. One other great thing about the Make Believe tan is that it smells so good! It doesn’t have your typical fake tan smell, it smells exotic which I think is the perfect smell for any fake tan.

The next tan is one that rivals my favourite Palmers Gradual Tanner, actually I may even say that its better because the results are just really intense and I always get an amazing gorgeous glow when I use this. The Cocoa Brown Gentle Bronze just glides on like any other moisturiser and all I have to do is let it work its magic overnight for a really lovely tan. One application isn’t dark enough for me, but I find that this is a product I’ll use to top up my tan during the week for a perfect pick me up. I love everything about this tan from the results, the smell and of course its girly pink packaging.

Last but by no means least is another favourite of mine and I strongly believe that every girl needs a bottle of this stashed away in her beauty cupboard. The Sally Hansen Air Brush legs is just incredible. I would describe this less of a tan and more of a makeup for my body as it really does give my skin the most flawless and perfect finish. My main reason for using it is for those instant tanning results, which are amazing, but the second is to give my skin that flawless air brushed look. I know its designed for your legs, but I’ve been using this all over and it works just as well everywhere else. This is one of those tanners that you need for any fancy occasion, especially one where you do have your legs out, I promise you it's a must.

So there we have it, some of my most recent favourite tanners. I’m thinking my next Bronze Me Beautiful post will be my tanning routine, let me know if your interested in this.

Happy Bronzing

The Best Of The Bunch || May Favourites

May Favourites, Pantene Pro-V Dry Oil, Makeup Revolution, Benefit They're Real Push Up Liner, Make Believe Tan, Hayfever Spray

Hi guys, first of all I'd like to insert a big apology 'right here'. I had every intention of doing some blogging whilst away on holiday, but the second week I was just completely overwhelmed with sunshine, cocktails and beach life, you know how it is! With that being said I feel like I have loads to catch up post wise as there are just so many things I need to blog about. I thought I would start my catch up posts with my monthly favourites. I know I'm way late on this one and it will be only a week or so till the next favourites post goes up, but oh well right?

Last month I found myself using a lot of new products that quickly became love at first use and I've been using them non stop. I'll start things off with haircare. For the longest time I've been Moroccan Oil's number one fan, I've used it non stop and it's by far my favourite hair oil on the market. So you can only imagine my disappointment when I poured every last drop out of the last bottle I had in my stash. Now whilst I can't wait to repurchase another bottle, my holiday savings and spendings meant I couldn't afford to splurge so I've been using a much cheaper alternative. Say hello to the Pantene Pro-V Dry Argan Oil. I picked this up when doing my weekly food shopping as it was on offer and whilst it's not as good the Moroccan Oil it's a pretty good alternative and it's helped to keep my hair soft, sleek and manageable. I find this oil to quite thin which so I do tend to use a little more so it can work it's magic, but I love the way it transforms my hair after using it and I would repurchase it again.

Make Believe Spa & Polish Exfoliator, Make Believe Instant tan Bronzer

A few of my recent posts have featured some products from Make Believe, a tanning brand which I absolutely love. Before I went on holiday I was exfoliating my skin like mad and the Make Believe Spa & Polish Exfoliator was my go too scrub. I just love how this gentle scrub enriched with Argan Oil makes my skin feel, it feels so luxurious on my skin and does a great job at getting rid of any fake tan and of course prepping your skin for a suntan. I've also been loving the Make Believe Instant Tan Bronzer. A lot of you know by now that I'm a little tan obsessed, but I didn't want to do a full fake tan before going on holiday so reached for a daily wash off one instead. This instant tanner from Make Believe gave me such a beautiful glow in an instant and was so easy to apply in the mornings. What I really love about it is that it's non streaky formula applies so easily and it looks very natural, which is a must for me with any fake tanner.

Makeup Revolution Ken Will Want Me Lipstick, Benefit They're Real Push Up Liner

When it came to makeup choices last month, some all time favourites definitely saw a lot of love. I've talked about Makeup Revolutions Lip Geek Lipstick in Ken Will Want Me so many times on my blog, and here I am sat here talking about it again. I think it's possibly my favourite lipstick of all time. Last summer it saw a lot of love and now summer is here again it's all I'm wearing. Ken Will Want Me is such a gorgeous everyday pink colour that really brightens up my look, it's not too bold but not too subtle at the same time, I just love it.

I've also been wearing Benefits They're Real Push Up Liner non stop too. I'm a big fan of this eyeliner for all the obvious reasons; I'm sure you've read all the rave reviews (you can find mine here). But the main reason why this liner has really stood out to me this month is because it's a hayfever makeup life saviour. This time of year I suffer terribly with hayfever and my eyes are constantly watering which means my makeup is forever running down my face. With all that crying the Benefit eyeliner always seems to stay put and doesn't irritate my eyes at all. I don't know how but it also stays put in my waterline which is just amazing and for these reasons I love this liner even more.

Beconase Hayfever Srpay - review

Lastly is a product that I thought I'd throw in for you fellow hayfever sufferers. Like I mentioned I suffer so badly and I'm constantly trying and testing different sprays and tablets to help ease my symptoms. One spray that I've been loving in particular is the Beconase Hayfever Relief as it really helps my eyes from watering and makes me feel less congested. It sounds and is really gross having to spray something up your nose, but I find that it works pretty much instantly. Although it doesn't totally clear my symptoms, it's such a relief spraying it prevents my symptoms from getting worse.

So there we have it, my very late mostly favourites post. I would love to know what you've been loving recently and if you have any recommendations for hayfever relief please share in the comments below.

Lots of Love
